What I do...


I listen. I ask questions. I get insanely curious about who you are and what makes you tick. The process starts with YOU as the teacher.

There is no *one way* that I coach my clients. I use the skills I’ve developed through practicing art therapy, which combines psychotherapy with the creative process, to get to know you inside and out. I learn your language, through verbal and nonverbal communication, so that I can see the patterns that plague you in your daily life, distinguish between supportive and unsupportive behaviors and help you foster your authentic, inner guidance. That relationship is where the magic happens. As I get to know you, I get to know which tools and strategies are going to get you to where you want to go. So let’s start building that relationship and see how it can help you.

Then, we work on building those techniques into your own practice so you can more easily identify unhelpful behavior patterns, interrupt negative thinking and develop the confidence to go after what you want.

It can be tough to get a good idea of what it really looks and feels like to work with a coach because everyone is different. My approach for you could look a lot different from my approach with someone else.

How it works...


We meet one-on-one, wherever you are, in person, over the phone or on video chat.

You have my full attention and presence for the duration of our session as we deep-dive into whatever you're working on. This could be setting goals, exploring emotional blocks or diving into exercises to help you develop tools and strategies for overcoming obstacles you're facing. If possible, in-person sessions take place at your home, for your convenience and privacy.

My pricing reflects a mutual investment. Ask yourself, “What is achieving my goals, being happier and feeling more fulfilled worth to me?”

$120 per HOUR

A commitment to 3 months of coaching, to be paid per session ($120), per month ($480), or in full ($1,440).

We meet once a week for 1 hour, or every other week for 2 hours.

Think of this as an investment in making a lasting change or meeting a big life goal. It takes time. Overthrowing an old belief system, rewiring your brain and seeing those results in your daily life doesn’t happen overnight. But in 3 months, you will see a difference.

1, hour-long individual coaching session

Think of this as an intro to the work I do, for someone exploring coaching.

My pricing and payment plans are flexible depending on each client’s needs, so the more I know about you, the better I can help.
